How do I return an item?

30 Days for Returns or Exchanges
Jewelrytoadore.com
wants you to be happy with your jewelry or gift item that you receive
from us or we will exchange it with another item of your choice - or the
full refund of the purchase price (minus delivery charges). Our
30 day, no-risk return policy allows you to return your purchase for
any reason. Items must be in its original condition without any signs of
wear or use.
We only sell high quality Sterling Silver, Pearls, Semi Precious Gems, Cubic Zirconias (CZ) and gift items.
We do have
a very high quality control/inspection checkout service and ensure that
our items are shipped in "indistructo boxes" and are very well wrapped,
however, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us no
later than 5 business days of receipt so that we can arrange for a
repair or replacement, we will cover the return and repair costs without
any charge to you.
Return Instructions
Please note that to return your item we need you to follow the information below:
Email us at CustomerService@JewelryToAdore.com for a Return Number.
- Place
the jewelry or gift item and all of its original packaging in a return
box, (you may reuse the box we shipped to you in, but please remove all
old labels) or another "indistructo” box.
Include a copy of the invoice and enter the Return Number. If you wish to exchange it for something else
write “Exchange” then the item name and code (all of our items have a
code online) onto the copy of the invoice.
- Address your package to our PO Box address below, this is the only address
that will guarantee your return or exchange. Please make sure you apply
the correct postage, we would also recommend the use of Delivery
Confirmation so that you can track the delivery status of your
package. Jewelry To Adore will not be responsible for any package that
is lost or damaged in return shipment.
- Once we receive your package we will process the return of funds or exchange with another piece of jewelry within 5 business days.
- If
you requested a refund, the credit should be issued to your original payment
card within 15 business days (this timeframe is set by the issuing bank and may or may not be sooner). When the adjustment has been made to
your credit card account you will receive an email confirming the
refund.
- If
you requested an exchange we will confirm whether we need to receive
additional payment from you or if you will receive a refund for part
payment, again you will receive an email confirming any balance that
would be returned to your original payment method.
- Please
let us know why you wish to return or exchange your jewelry or gift
item on the back of the invoice that was shipped with your jewelry, this will help us to serve you better. Your
feedback is very important to us!
